Friends of Upland Animal Shelter, Inc. operates the Upland  Animal Shelter and is dedicated to helping every adoptable animal find a loving home.  Friends also operates 2nd Chance Thrift Shop and focuses on activities that support our shelter operation and promote the health, well-being, and adoption of shelter animals.
